By submitting full or partial payment, you (customer) agree to the following terms of service:
PROOFING
Customer is responsible for supplying all text, proofreading, and must submit written approval of all final proofs before designs are printed.
Prices includes 2 rounds of revisions. No refunds or free printing will be issued due to mistakes or typos that were overlooked by client during the proofing process. Client must submit written approval of final proofs before any printing is ordered.
Customer acknowledges that the colors displayed on screen may vary from the printed pieces and has been informed that the most accurate way to view the color of the printed pieces is to order a sample.

Purchases are shipped via USPS Post or FedEx with standard delivery times within 3 to 10 business days depending on your location.
Depending on the end weight of your order additional shipping charges may apply and will be invoice separately prior to shipping your order. All FedEx packages include a shipment tracking number, but once your items are shipped we have no control over the progress of your shipment and only have access to the shared tracking details.
We are not responsible for any loss, delays and damages during shipping. We recommend ordering your paper goods as early as possible to allow for transport and customs in your country.
If you require express shipping, a separate invoice will be sent with the shipping option of your choice, once payment is completed your order will be shipped.
Due to the personalized nature of the product, all wedding stationery, stamp and envelope sales are final.
If there is a printing error made on our part, we will either reprint the paper goods or provide a credit for the misprint. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.
All designs, images, artworks and products presented in this website or in the products that you purchase are the sole property of Amber LeBlanc Studio unless indicating otherwise. All artwork, images and designs used during the proofing process are the sole property and copyright of Amber LeBlanc Studio.
These designs, images and artworks may not be used for personal use, reproduction, the creation of derivative works, or any other purpose. We retain the right to post your invitations or wedding goods on our website and social media.
