I’m delighted! I ask that you fill out the questionnaire to get things started and I will get back to you with an estimate and timeline. I may ask you send along colors and pictures of area you’d like your custom painting. Once a 50% deposit is made, I’ll begin on your painting and send you updates as I progress, allowing you to make edits if needed. When painting is complete, remainder is due and I’ll either ship or deliver (delivery available only in Austin, TX & New Orleans/Thibodaux, LA) to you!

how does the proofing process work? (applies to wedding stationery & BRANDING)

You will receive up to 3 digital proofs in your inbox. Take special care to ensure all info and spelling is correct. Compile any feedback or edits you have into one email, shoot it off to me, and expect them to be applied to the following proof!

How long should i expect my wedding invitation suite to take?

Timelines depend on current availability, but the design and production process typically takes about 6-8 weeks, pending upon the design and printing method. I recommend getting in touch as soon as possible to make sure we have an ample amount of time to discuss availability, budget, design and the production process for creating the perfect invitation suite. Day-of stationery has a shorter lead time of around 2-4 weeks.

how much should I budget for stationery?

Typically brides spend around $1,200-$5,000 for their invitation suites. This may include your save the dates + envelopes, invitation + envelope, reply card + envelope and day of stationery, pending upon factors such as QTY, print methods and add-ons. Every wedding is unique. Since we price a la carte, we're able to combine any number of options to create your ideal package. Sky's the limit!

i love a wedding invitation suite on your site — can i have that same one?

Love a certain suite as-is and want to make it yours? Let's do it! Previously designed suites are offered at a discounted rate with limited customizations — we essentially only switch out your information and printing method. We do, however, have complete freedom over the fun stuff, like colors, envelopes and finishing touches like ribbons, belly bands, wax seals, envelope liners... the list goes on!

i love your work, but I’m a bit skeptical about purchasing a piece of art that i haven’t seen yet.

Commissioning an art piece is always a trusting experience between the client and the artist. I do my very best at updating the client along the way with pictures from start to finish, keying you in on the process. You are not required to pay the full price upfront as a 50% deposit of total price is all we need to start the process. You also have the advantage of providing feedback of what you are envisioning if the finished product does not meet your standards. It’s a wonderful collaboration experience for all!

i’m not exactly sure what i want my brand to be. can you help me?

I have a secret weapon, called a questionnaire that I send over to clients who are not sure of the direction yet of what they would like to take with their logo/brand. Just shoot me over a message inquiring and I’ll send that over to your email!

How does the process work if I would like a new logo?

A questionnaire is initially sent to generate a vision/idea to encompass the scope of your company. You will receive 3 proof options. You are then able to choose which direction you wish to take and are allowed 2 revisions. After final logo is approved and final payment is made, I will send a .zip file with all files and formats needed for web and print purposes as well as a branding guideline.
